pep四年级备课Unit 2 Let’s talk / Let’s find out
1、   能听说认读本课主要句型:It’s …….o’clock. It’s timen for / to ……
2、  能理解“Hurry up ! Oops.  I’m ready. ”等语句的表达法。
二、 教学重、难点
MP:  It’s time to ……和It’s time for ……的运用。
DP:  区别It’s time to ……和It’s time for ……的用法及对“Hurry up ! Oops.  I’m ready. ”的理解和运用。
三、教学实验用具
Recorder   tape  clock  pictures cards
Teaching aims:
Step 1  Warm-up
(1)TPR (配以动作) Wendy’s at the classroom door.
(2)Free talk.T: Nice to meet you. Ss:……
Step 2  Presentation
(1)Revision. Revise “It’s time for ……” and “It’s time to ……” Show Ss a time card .
T: What time is it ?    Ss: It’s ……
T: It’s time for ……(Ask Ss to guess) If they guess it correctly, then ask Ss to read it loudly and paste it. For example:  (Chalk)
7:00    背面breakfast        breakfast
11:15                       lunch
2:00                        P.E. class
3:00                        Music class
6:30                        dinner
Then divide the class into 2 groups , ask Ss to say “It’s ……” “It’s time for ……”
(2)Show S s  the picture of beautiful clocks ,ask :
T: What’s this ?                Ss: It’s a ……
T: What colour is it ?            Ss:…….
T: Do you like ……?            Ss: It’s time to /for……(Chalk)
6:30                          get up
7:05                          go to school
4:30                          go home
9:00                          go to bed
Read and act it together. When revise the last “clolk”, 引出“   hurry .”
(3)Ask Ss to act “hurry”. Paste the cards on the Bb.
Step 3  Practice
(1)Show Ss the picture of the dialogue . Look at pictures, ask and answer.
T:How many pictures can you see ? Ss:……
T: How many people are there in picture One? Ss:……
Then guess what will happen,listen to the tape. Tell the ohers what they’ve heard.
(2)Give Ss some minutes to prepare it. Then show it.
(3)Read the dialogue together.
Step 4   Extension / Consolidation
(!)Game. Choose the film.
Show Ss 2 pictures to compare ,ask “ Which oen do you like ?” “ Why?”
(2)Finish AB
