第一课时

1.Be able to understand, say and recognize the words: family, parent, uncle, aunt, baby brother.
2.Can simply introduce my family.

The pronunciation of “aunt, parent”
课前准备
recorder, VCD, number cards.
教学过程
Step 1: Warm-up.
1)Sing a song
Let’s chant
2) Free talk.
 Review: father mother sister brother
3)Preview
T: act like a father, act like a mother……
Game: What’s missing ( father mother brother sister grandfather grandmother)
Step 2: Presentation
1) Ss read after T: He is strong, She has big eyes.
T: What can you see?
Ss: A picture.
T: Yes, it’s my family. I have a happy family.
  How many people can you see?
Ss: Six.
T: Who are they?
T: She is my mother. He is my father. They are my parents.
Ss learn to say “parents”
T: She is my mother’s sister, I call her aunt.
Ss learn to say “aunt”
T: This is my mother’s brother, I call him uncle.
Ss learn to say “uncle”
2)sing a song “Father and mother”
Step3: Practice.
1)Ss go and ask the others: Do you have an uncle? How many uncles do you have?
Aunt the same

Step 4: Consolidation
1) group work
Draw your family and introduce your family

3) Do the activity book.
在复习父母兄弟姐妹的基础上, 叔叔阿姨是新授内容,学生很容易遗忘,需要不断强化.在出示单词卡片时就要求学生来形容人物, 然后结合学生实际情况进行语言训练便有了基础. 这样的练习有助于学生灵活运用语言, 表达自己. 但前提是,老师要组织复习一下形容词, 以及爱好等,使学生有话可书说.

教学过程
Step 1: Warm-up.
(1)  Let’s chant.
(2)  Let’s do.
Step 2 : presentation
(1) Ask and answer
Where is your book/…..?
How many books?
Where are they?
T shows a family photo and ask: How many people? Who are they?
(2) Ss learn to say: Who are they?
According to the picture, Ss say: They are ….
(2) Guessing game
S1 face to the board. The others ask him Who are they?
(3) Learn to say: How many …are there…?
1) t points to the family photo : There are 3 people in my family. 1, 2, 3.
Ask s How many people are there in your family/
2) Ss learn to ask.
Practice in paris, ask and answer.
(4) Learn to say: My family has …members.
(5) Listen to the tape. Read after the tape.
Step 4 Practise
(1) ss practice the dialogue and perform it.
(2) Ss look at the picture and ask question
How many…are there…?
Step5 Consolidation
(1) Add one thing on the picture. Ask and answer.
本课重点句型很多, 在自由对话中就要让学生耳熟能详, 表演时不拘泥与课本, 说出大意就可以, 鼓励根据实际情况改编对话.

1. Warm-up
1) Listen and do
T or S gives the order: strong/ thin/ tall/
2) Let’s chant
2. Preview
1) Free talk
T asks: How many….are there…..? Who are they?
3. Presentation
1) T shows the picture of the text. Add the other family members’ pictures.
Ss listen and paste the word cards.
Father, mother, brother, sister are in the four lines.
2) T writes the word father on board.
Ss practise to write and spell the words.
3) the same way to the other three words.
4) Spelling game
 In group, one by one, each S say a letter.
5) Ss look at the book
Introduce: This is Sarah’s family. They likes sports. They are skiing.
This is Sarah’s brother. He’s good at skiing. This is Sarah’s sister. She’s cute. Look, they are Sarah’s parents. They play together.
Each S say a sentence after another.
6)T ask same questions.
7) Ss read the words after the tape.
8) Ss read the short passage, write the words.
4. Consolidation
1) Ss use their own photos to introduce their family.
2) T introduce baseball.
3) Ss listen to the song “Father and mother”
引导学生通过观察发现四个单词的共同点, 并根据发音规律来记忆单词的拼写, 效果较好.
强调sister brother 的中闻含义包括了兄弟和姐妹.

教学过程
1. Warm-up
1) listen to the song “ My father is a doctor”
2) Let’s do.
2. Preview
1) T shows a picture of a schoolboy. Make Ss say something about the picture.
He’s a student. He is tall and strong. He likes sports. He is good at English. …..
2) ss spell the word “ student”
3) T shows a picture of a teacher.
Ss modify the picture and spell the word “ teacher”.
4) T shows father, mother, brother, sister. Ss spell the words.
3. Presentation
1) T shows the card “doctor” and introduces: This is Chen Jie’s father. He is a doctor.
Ss read after T, do the action after T.
2) T shows the cards of “ nurse, drive, farmer, and baseball play.
Ss read after T, and do the actions.
4. Practice
1) Ss open the book, read the words.
2) Ss listen and point to the words.
3) Ss listen to let’s do, and do the actions.
4) T gives the order, ss do.
5) Guessing game.
He’s a….. He’s….. He likes….
6) Two Ss act Chen Jie and Sarah.
T makes the other ss ask them: What's your father/ mother?
Two ss answer with actions
老师要根据实际情况加入一些常见的职业名称, 并 复习老师和学生.

Step 1: Warm-up.
1)clap hands to show right or wrong
T say, ss look at the cards and clap the hands.
2) Listen and do
T or S1 give the order: Point to the doctor….
The others point to the picture that on the wall.
3)Preview
T: act like a father, act like a mother……
Game: What’s missing ( father mother brother sister grandfather grandmother)
Step 2: Presentation
1) show the pictures.
T lead ss say: HE looks young. She looks thin./ They look strong.
(2) T points to the mother and say: This is my mother. She is pretty.
Ss say retty.
(3) T points to ss’ picture and ask : Is this your mother? Is she pretty?
Ss learn to ask: Is this your…..
Ss practice in paris.
(4) Guessing game.
Guess the father and mother in different pictures.
Step3: Practice.
1)T ask : What’s your mother/ father? Is he a doctor?
Ss learn to ask.
Listen to the chant, try to do the actions.
2)Ss listen to the text.
Practice the sentence: They are farms/…They look….
Are they…?
3) ss practice the dialogue and perform it
Step 4: Consolidation
Sing the song <Father and mother>
