教学目标:
能听说读写单词 a circle, a square,. sun , moon .
2. 能听懂会说单词: a diamond, a rectangle, a triangle, an oval.
3. 能运用以上词汇,并能听懂会说,会读,会写句子:What shape is the …?It's a/an …

教前准备:多媒体课件,录音机,单词图片,句型卡片,实物等。
教学过程:
Step 1
1、Free talk: Good morning, boys and girls.
2、It’s time for class, let’s begin our lesson. At first, let’s sing a song”what do you have?”
3、T :Look , I have a picture. Is it nice?
There are many shapes in the picture. (板书:shape) 教学 [ ei ]
The shapes are very useful in our life. Now, let’s learn some shapes together. Then we can use them make nice pictures .
 Step 2新授
a circle:
1、课件出示太阳提问:T:Look, what’s this? 教学单词sun: the sun [ ∧ ]
2、What shape is the sun?
It’s a circle.
3、read(开火车读),spell
4、课件出示:
What shape is the …? It’s a ….
Pictures: (a cake, a plate, a basketball, a clock) 奖star
a triangle:
1、Show a ruler. T:What shape is the ruler? It’s a triangle.
2、read(开火车读),spell
3、课件出示:(let’s ask and answer, do the pair work )
What shape is the …? It’s a ….
Pictures: (a sandwich, a tree, an umbrella )
4、T:Now, there are 3 pencils in my hand. Can you make a triangle use these 3 pencils?
Come here and show us how to make it.
请做出图形的学生问What shape is it? (the students answer together) 奖star
 a square:
1、T:Now, there are 4 pencils in my hand. Who can make a shape use them?
Show us how to make it.

Pictures: (a box, a towel)
 a diamond:
1、Now, there are 4 pencils in my hand. Who can use these 4 pencils make another shape? Show us how to make it.
请做出图形的学生问What shape is it? 奖star
2、read(开火车读),spell
3、课件出示:(let’s ask and answer, do the pair work)

Pictures: (a picture, a watch)
 a rectangle:
1、出示一个红色的正方形(长方形折得),问:What shape is it?
2、将正方形展出,出示一个长方形,问:Now, there is a red flag. (边说边将其贴上黑板)
What shape is it? It’s a rectangle.
3、read(开火车读),spell
4、指着身边的东西操练
6、Show a book. I have a rectangle. Do you have a rectangle? 指名Show it. 奖star
 a star:
1、(课件出示星空的画面)Look, what’s this in the sky? It’s a star. 出示star [ ɑ: ]
2、 T:Let’s have a break. Listen to a song ‘twinkle, twinkle, little star’. Can you sing it now? Now, sing it follow the computer.
What shape is it? It’s a star.
3、Who have a star?
请有五星的五个同学上黑板,Come to the blackboard. Put your stars on the flag.
Please show us how to make a flag like that. (手指墙上国旗)
(指贴出的国旗) Look, how many stars are there on the flag?
There are 5 stars on the red flag. One star is big,4 stars are small.
 Step 3复习巩固
1、 课件出示图片,T: Look,there is a picture.Look at the picture and complete the dialogue.
2、Take out the shapes the students prepared. 分组操练句型:What shape is it? How many …are there?
3、Can you make a nice picture use these shapes? (分组合作)
4、贴出图画,介绍作品。
 Step 4
homework:
1、copy the new words and the sentences
2、make the dialogues
